Long Healthy Hair Tips

I’m not exactly sure which factors have more influence on my hair growth than others, but this is what I follow to keep healthy hair and a healthy body.

 

The most important tip is the last because you are what you eat. I am a picky eater but I tend to enjoy healthier options. I am in no way guaranteeing long hair because everyone functions differently, but if you adopt some of my tips you should see some improvement.
1. Stay away from HEAT!!!
2. Use UV filters.
3. Always use leave in conditioners/treatments.
4. Use Sulfate Free Shampoos.
5. Exfoliate your scalp.
6. Eat Protein and other nutrients.
