Natural Makeup Routine

Blonde Curls Check
Yesterday, I completed my second paid photo shoot and realized that I have not updated you all on my makeup routine in a fairly long time! The photographer requested that my face look very natural as if I was on vacation and just woke up an hour ago. It can be difficult to cover up blemishes yet still appear to not be wearing any makeup.
That is why I choose to use the Avon Smooth Minerals loose mineral foundation in Medium Beige as my base and the L’Oreal True Match Liquid Foundation in Sun Tan as concealer for extreme redness only. I applied the liquid foundation with my fingers around my nose and on a few blemishes. Using a large Soho Kabuki brush, I swirled the mineral foundation allover my face, blending it with the small spots of liquid foundation.
Then I used Wayne Goss’s curling technique of pumping the eyelash curler really fast and applied L’Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes Excess black mascara to lengthen and define my lashes. No eyeliner, or shadow just straight to lightly filling in my brows with Avon Perfect Eyebrow Pencil in Blonde.
Lastly, I applied pink lip gloss with NO glitter. Shimmer is a dead giveaway that you’re in makeup so avoid it when doing natural shoots. I like the Balm Plump Your Pucker in Pink My Lemonade because it gives a slight pink tint to my darker two toned lips.
